How to connect
Connect in three steps
Each person connects their own account from the calendar settings.
- Open calendar settings — In Atrix, go to Calendar › Settings and choose Connect Google Calendar.
- Approve on Google — Sign in to Google and allow calendar access. Atrix syncs straight away.
- Choose your calendars — For each calendar, switch Show on my calendar and Counts as busy on or off.

Questions, answered
Which Google calendar does Atrix write to?
Your primary calendar. Other calendars in the account are read so they can be shown and counted as busy.
Can I hide a calendar but still block the time?
Yes. Show on my calendar and Counts as busy are separate switches.
Is there a workspace-level Google connection too?
Yes. An admin can connect Google Calendar in Settings › Integrations so the workspace can schedule meetings from its feed. It is separate from your personal sync.
Does it work with Zoom?
Atrix creates Meet links, not Zoom links. Zoom links already in your events stay as they are.
