Hire from your own careers page, without scoring people.
Write the role, publish it on a careers page at your workspace's address, and move applicants from applied to hired. The AI checks must-haves; it never ranks a person.

What it does
From the role to the first day
One flow, with the candidate's data kept behind its own permission.
Roles written properly
Engagement type, pay range and basis, must-haves, nice-to-haves and your own screening questions. Draft as many as you like.
A public careers page
Open roles appear on a careers page for your workspace. Applicants get a confirmation email and you get an alert.
An applicant pipeline
Applied, screening, interview, offer and hired — or rejected and withdrawn. Add notes and mark strong people to keep warm.
Job ads drafted from the project
The AI writes the ad from the linked project's documents, so the role describes the work that actually exists.
Must-haves checked, never scored
The AI reports whether each must-have is met in an application. It deliberately does not score or rank candidates.
A hire becomes a teammate
Convert the accepted candidate into a workspace member with an employment record, start date and agreed terms.
How it works
Open a role in minutes
The careers page and the pipeline are ready the moment you publish.
- Draft the role — Fill it in, or let the AI draft the ad from the project it is for. Drafts are free and unlimited.
- Publish — Publish the role to your careers page and share the link. Applications arrive in the pipeline.
- Interview and hire — Link interview events to the application, move it to offer, and convert the hire into a teammate.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Does the AI rank candidates?
No. It reports whether each must-have is met, with the evidence, and leaves judgement to people. Automated scoring of applicants is regulated in places such as the EU and New York City, and we chose not to do it.
Where do candidates apply?
On your workspace's public careers page, which lists every open role. Each role has its own page with your screening questions.
Who can see applicants?
Hiring is its own permission. People without it do not see roles' applicants, and AI assistants need the hiring scope as well as the permission.
How do interviews work?
Create a calendar event and link it to the application. There is no separate interview scheduler.
What happens when someone is hired?
They are converted into a workspace member with an employment record holding the start date and the agreed terms.
