Booking links and a calendar that sync both ways.
Meetings belong to the workspace, next to the deal or the hire they are about. Connect Google or Outlook, and share a booking page that only offers times you are actually free.

What it does
Scheduling that knows the rest of your week
Busy times from your connected calendars protect your booking pages, and events you create in Atrix appear in Google or Outlook.
A calendar built for keyboards
Day, week, month and agenda views, recurring events, reminders by push or email, and shortcuts for today, each view and next or previous.
Public booking pages
Several durations, buffers, minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, a daily cap and your own questions — on weekly availability you set.
Two-way Google and Outlook sync
External events come in and count as busy; events you create in Atrix are written back to your primary calendar.
Meet and Teams links
Choose Google Meet or Teams on an event and Atrix asks Google or Outlook to create the meeting link.
Guests manage their own booking
Every confirmation carries a private link where the guest can reschedule or cancel without emailing you.
Calendar feeds in and out
Subscribe to any ICS feed, such as public holidays, and export your Atrix calendar as a subscribe link.
How it works
Share a booking page today
It takes a few minutes, and the page respects every calendar you connect.
- Connect your calendar — In the calendar settings, connect Google Calendar or Outlook and choose which calendars count as busy.
- Set up a booking page — Pick durations, buffers, notice and your weekly hours, and add any questions guests should answer.
- Share the link — Send it, or share it from the phone app. Bookings land in your calendar with the meeting link attached.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Which calendars count as busy?
You choose, calendar by calendar. Each connected calendar has two switches: show it on your Atrix calendar, and count it as busy for booking pages.
Does it create Zoom links?
No. Atrix creates Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links. Zoom links in events you import are recognised, not created.
Can guests reschedule?
Yes. The confirmation includes a private link where they can move or cancel the booking within your rules.
Is my calendar connection shared with my team?
No. Each person connects their own Google or Outlook account, and it is used only for their calendar.
Can Claude find a time for me?
Yes. With the calendar scopes, an assistant connected over MCP can look up free times, create events and respond to invitations.
