How to connect
Connect in three steps
Each person connects their own Microsoft account from the calendar settings.
- Open calendar settings — In Atrix, go to Calendar › Settings and choose Connect Outlook.
- Approve on Microsoft — Sign in with your Microsoft account and allow calendar access.
- Set how it counts — Decide whether the calendar shows on your Atrix calendar and whether it counts as busy.

Why does Atrix need Calendars.ReadWrite?
To write the events you create in Atrix to Outlook. Microsoft has no narrower permission that allows that.
Can I use Google and Outlook together?
Yes. Connect both from the calendar settings; each calendar has its own show and busy switches.
Does it create Teams links automatically?
When you choose an online meeting on an event, Atrix asks Outlook to make it a Teams meeting.
What happens if I revoke access in Microsoft?
Syncing stops and the calendar settings say that access was revoked, so you can reconnect or disconnect.
