What counts as a run

You pay for work that gets done, not for questions.

A run is one AI job that leaves something behind in your workspace.

  • Each job that produces a document, a plan, issues on your board, a critique or a brief uses one run.

  • Chatting with the agent does not use a run. A fair-use ceiling only stops runaway loops.

  • If a run fails before it produces anything, the run is given back.

  • Runs reset on the first of every month. Unused runs do not roll over.

Seats

Seats come with the plan, not per person.

Each plan includes a fixed number of seats, so the price does not change as you invite people.

  • A seat is a person who can sign in to the workspace.

  • An invitation that has not been accepted yet holds a seat until it is accepted or expires.

  • Suspended members and service accounts do not take a seat.

  • Need more seats? Move up a plan — Studio includes ten.

Need engineers as well as software?

Atrix Digital, our engineering studio, puts senior engineers on your product on a monthly plan, with the Atrix AI workspace included.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No card, no time limit. Free includes two seats, three projects and five AI runs a month in Develop and Market.

How am I billed?

Paid plans are billed monthly, in US dollars, by card through Stripe. You can enter a promotion code at checkout if you have one.

Is there annual billing?

Not today. Builder and Studio are billed month to month, with no annual commitment.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

From the billing page in your workspace. Moving from Free starts a Stripe checkout. Switching between Builder and Studio changes the subscription you already have, prorated: the difference appears on your next invoice rather than being charged immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Manage billing. When the subscription ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan and keeps its data.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe retries the card, and your workspace keeps its plan for three days past the end of the paid period while it does.

What happens when we run out of runs?

New runs wait until the first of the month, or until you upgrade. The rest of the workspace, and chatting with the agent, keep working.

Who can change the plan?

Anyone in the workspace with the Manage billing permission. Everyone else can see which plan the workspace is on.
