What it does
Documents and work, not a chat log
Each run leaves something your team can use. Asking the agent questions is free; a run is counted only when it writes a document or work.
Requirements, then architecture
Develop mode writes a requirements document from the project’s summary, pitch, target customer and documents, then an architecture document from the requirements. Rewrites replace the text in place and keep the old one as a version.
Backlog work, proposed not imposed
The agent adds two to five stories, tasks or bugs at a time. They land in the backlog marked as coming from the agent, never straight into the active plan.
Coverage against what was agreed
Audit mode freezes a baseline of requirements and shows which have no work, which are moving and which changed after sign-off — computed from records, not guessed.
Launch material from the spec
Market mode writes positioning, landing copy, launch posts and a 30-day launch plan, each grounded in the requirements document.
Channel plays you can run
Eight playbooks — leads, WhatsApp, email, social, directories, backlinks, Meta ads and Google Ads. They are written as documents; nothing is posted or sent on your behalf.

How it works
From idea to a planned backlog
The agent works through a project in the order a careful operator would.
- Describe the project — Write a short brief, or promote an idea from the ideas inbox. Pages and notes attached to the project become context.
- Start a run — Pick an artefact in Develop or Market. The agent streams its work and writes the result as a project document.
- Review and accept — Read the document, edit anything, and move the proposed issues out of the backlog when you agree with them.

Questions, answered
What counts as a run?
A run is used when the agent writes a document, a scaffold file or a batch of backlog work. Chatting with the agent uses none. If a write fails, the run is given back.
Does the agent change my code?
No. It writes documents and proposes backlog issues. Code scaffolds are saved as project documents; nothing is pushed to a repository.
Will it post marketing for me?
No. Market mode writes the plan, the copy and the posts. Publishing them stays with you, and the prompts are told not to invent volumes, costs or conversion rates.
What is Scale mode?
Scale is reserved for the Studio plan and is still being built. It is designed to plan growth from measured numbers only, so it stays locked until it can measure them.
Can the agent overwrite my work?
Requirements and architecture are rewritten in place with the previous text kept as a version, and new issues only ever land in the backlog. People decide what moves.
