Atrix AI includes the HR a small team needs: people profiles, leave requests and balances, expense claims with receipts, agreements with e-signature, policy acknowledgements and letters on request. Requests go to the right approver, and pay stays private. It is on every plan, from $39 a month for 5 people.

What it does
What a small team asks HR for
Leave and expenses share one approval rule: an owner, an admin or the person's manager decides, and nobody approves their own request unless no one else could.
Profiles and private records
Everyone has a working profile the team can read: role, skills, location and hours. The record behind it — employment terms, personal contact and documents — is visible only to owners, admins and the person.
Leave requests and balances
Annual, sick, unpaid, parental and other leave, in half days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted, new starters get a pro-rated allowance, and unused days carry over up to a cap you set.
Expense claims with receipts
Line items in any of eleven currencies, each with a photo or PDF of the receipt, required above an amount you choose. A claim moves from submitted to approved to reimbursed.
Agreements and e-sign
Offer letters, NDAs, contracts and amendments from templates, with AI edits you accept one by one. Signers sign from a link with a typed or drawn signature, and the sealed PDF ends with a certificate page.
Policies people acknowledge
Publish a policy to everyone, one role or named people, with a deadline. A new version asks for a fresh acknowledgement, and anyone who still owes one is reminded before the deadline, on it and once after.
Letters and certificates on request
Experience letters, employment verification, NOCs, visa support and relieving letters. A person asks, an admin edits the draft, signs it and issues it as a PDF on your letterhead.
How it works
Set it up in an afternoon
Leave starts with five leave types and a starter holiday list the first time anyone opens it. You adjust the rules from there.
- Invite the team — Each person fills in their profile. Onboarding checklists tick steps off as bank details, ID and the signed offer arrive.
- Set your rules — Choose the working week, the yearly allowance, the carry-over cap, which leave types need approval and when an expense needs a receipt.
- Approve from anywhere — Requests reach the approver on the web and on Atrix for Phone, with the person's remaining balance and who else on the team is off.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Can it track employee leave balances for a small business?
Yes. Each person has a yearly balance showing their allowance, days carried over, days used and days waiting for approval. Only annual leave draws on the allowance; sick, unpaid and parental leave are tracked as their own types.
Who approves leave and expense claims?
An owner, an admin or the person's manager. Nobody approves their own request, unless they are an owner with no one else who could. Sick leave needs no approval by default, and you can change that for each leave type.
Does it store pay and salaries?
Pay is kept private. Seeing someone's pay is a deliberate reveal that is written to the audit log against that person, and no API token or MCP tool can read it.
What kind of e-signature is it?
A simple electronic signature with an audit trail: who signed, when, from where, the wording they agreed to and a fingerprint of the file. It is not a certified (PKI) signature, and the certificate page says so.
Who can see someone's documents and contact details?
Owners, admins and the person themselves. When an ID document, bank details or an agreement is opened, the access log records who opened it and when.
Can an AI assistant read HR data?
Only with the scopes you grant over MCP. Leave, expenses, policies, letters and people records are separate scopes, and a token never sees more than the person who connected it. No scope reaches pay.
