Introducing Atrix AI: the all-in-one AI workspace for small teams
Atrix AI launches today: work, docs, chat, calendar, CRM, hiring, HR and an AI agent in one workspace for teams of 2 to 15, from $39 a month for 5 seats.

Atrix AI is an all-in-one AI workspace for small teams, available today at atrix.dev. It puts work and projects, docs, team chat, a calendar with booking links, a CRM, hiring, people and HR, and an AI agent into one product, with one bill: $39 a month for five seats on the Builder plan, after a 7-day trial.
Atrix AI is built by Atrix Digital LLC, a software company founded in 2014. This post sets out what launched on 28 October 2026, what it costs, who it is for and what is still to come.
What it is
Atrix AI is a single workspace that replaces the stack of separate tools a small team usually pays for: a project tracker, a wiki, a chat app, a scheduling tool, a CRM, an applicant tracker and an HR system. Everything lives in one account, shares one list of people and one set of permissions, and can be searched from one place.
On top of that sits an AI agent that works with the same data the team does. It can turn an idea into requirements and planned work, help take a product to market, and check finished work against what was agreed.
The full feature list is on the features page.
What's inside
- Work and products. One list of work across five views: by date, by project, board, timeline and backlog. Products and projects group the work, and the agent can draft a backlog.
- Docs. Nested pages and databases, real-time co-editing with live cursors, whiteboards, version history and comments.
- Team chat. Channels and direct messages next to the work they are about.
- Calendar. A shared calendar with public booking links, so people outside the team can pick a time without an email thread.
- CRM. Companies, contacts and a deal pipeline. Deal values are shown only to the people allowed to see them.
- Hiring. Open roles, a public careers page and an applicant pipeline. A hired candidate becomes a teammate in the same workspace.
- People and HR. Profiles, leave, expenses, agreements with e-signature, and company policies.
- Ideas. A place to collect and weigh ideas before they become work.
- Goals. Goals the team sets and tracks alongside the work that moves them.
- AI agent. Two run modes are live: Develop, which turns an idea into requirements, architecture and planned issues, and Market, which helps plan and prepare the launch of what was built. A requirements audit freezes the requirements a team agreed on and shows, over time, how much of them the work covers and where it has drifted.
Built for AI assistants
Atrix AI is designed to be used from AI assistants as well as from its own apps.
- MCP server. Atrix AI runs its own Model Context Protocol server at
https://atrix.dev/api/mcp, listed in the Official MCP Registry asdev.atrix/workspace. Assistants such as Claude can read and update the workspace through it. - REST API. The same data is available over a documented REST API.
- OAuth 2.1. Assistants connect through a browser sign-in rather than a pasted key. The stored token is scoped, refreshable and revocable.
- Scopes that cannot exceed the person. Each token is limited to the scopes it was granted, and it can never do more than the person who created it is allowed to do. Permissions are checked on every call, so removing someone's access also removes their tokens' reach. Pay and salary records cannot be reached through the API or MCP at all.
Setup guides, the API reference and the list of scopes are on the developers page.
Pricing
- There is no free plan.
- Every workspace starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required to start it.
- Builder costs $39 a month and includes 5 seats.
- Studio costs $149 a month and includes 15 seats.
- Yearly plans are 20% off: $374 a year for Builder and $1,430 a year for Studio.
- Founding teams: workspaces that subscribe before 31 December 2026 keep unlimited seats on their plan.
Prices are flat per workspace, not per person, within each plan's seats. Full details, including what each plan's AI runs cover, are on the pricing page. For a side-by-side view against other tools, see compare.
Apps
Atrix AI runs in the browser and as apps for Mac, Windows, Linux and iPhone. An Android app is in testing and is not yet generally available. Every app signs in to the same workspace. Downloads are on the download page.
Who it's for
Atrix AI is built for teams of 2 to 15 people: startups, founders, agencies and studios. These are teams that need a project tracker, a CRM and a hiring pipeline, but do not have an operations person to connect five separate products and keep them in sync.
Larger organisations can talk to us about an Enterprise arrangement, but the product is designed around the size and budget of a small team.
What's next
Three more pieces shipped on launch day, 28 October 2026, and are available to every workspace:
- Cycles. Time-boxed sprints of one to four weeks per product, each with a goal, progress and a burndown. You plan a cycle from the backlog, and completing it moves unfinished work to the next cycle or back to the backlog.
- Issue labels. Workspace labels with colours, on list rows and board cards, with a label filter and bulk add and remove.
- Full workspace export. Owners and admins can download the workspace as one ZIP of CSV, Markdown and JSON files. Pay, bank and identity details are never included.
The Android app is in testing and will follow the other apps once it is ready. We will publish dated posts on this blog as each new piece ships, rather than announce it in advance.
