What changed in the API

The REST API, the MCP server and OAuth, newest first.

  1. A developer portal

    • newGuides, a full REST reference and this changelog at atrix.dev/developers.
  2. Goals, roadmap, time, leave and expenses over REST

    • newREST endpoints for goals, the roadmap and changelog, time tracking, leave and expenses.
    • newprofile.read, a scope for “Sign in with Atrix”; GET /me now includes the caller’s email when it is granted.
    • newHiring roles over REST, and before/limit paging on the feed.
  3. More MCP tools

    • newMCP tools for goals, roadmap, changelog, leave, expenses, invoices, Pulse reports, automations, policies, legal entities and onboarding.
  4. Step-up authorization

    • newCalling a tool the token lacks a scope for answers 403 insufficient_scope naming the scope, so clients can ask for exactly that.
  5. A smarter MCP layer, and steadier OAuth

    • newatrix_whoami, attention and status tools, prompts, resources and structured output.
    • improvedRefusals say what to do next instead of only what went wrong.
    • fixedConcurrent refreshes no longer end a connection: a two-minute reuse window and a 90-day sliding refresh.
  6. Client ID metadata documents

    • newOAuth clients identified by a metadata-document URL are recognised, so Claude Code connects without registering.
    • improvedA cleaner consent screen with the verified domain, a workspace picker and plain-language permissions.
    • improvedPage detail includes parent, sub-pages, backlinks, comments, lock state and database rows. New POST /pages/{id}/comments.
    • fixedRefreshing an OAuth token no longer revokes the access token it just issued.
  7. Work and product endpoints

    • newBulk updates, delete and comment editing on work; deals, updates, pages and profile on products.
    • newNotifications: list and mark read.
    • improvedWork filters: unassigned, and a comma-separated list of product slugs. Items carry dueOn.
  8. Calendar sharing

    • newGET and PUT /calendar/sharing for booking links.
  9. Calendar API

    • newEvents: list, read, create, update, cancel and respond, over REST and MCP.
  10. Messages

    • newPinned messages, and message search.
  11. The REST API

    • new/api/v1 with the same tokens, scopes, limits and audit as MCP: work, pages, customers, ideas, search and /me.
  12. OAuth 2.1

    • newAn authorization server with PKCE and dynamic client registration, so clients can connect without a pasted key.
  13. The MCP server

    • newAtrix as an MCP server at /api/mcp, with scoped Atrix Tokens that can never do more than the person who made them.
