Why can’t I pay for Spark or Blaze with a card?+
Because a retainer is people, not software. We want to know what you are building and whether we are genuinely the right team before taking your money — and you should want the same. A short call settles that, and we invoice once it is scoped.
Is Atrix AI included?+
Yes. Every retainer runs inside an Atrix AI workspace, so your plan, your board and the engineers' work sit in one place you keep. If you only want the software, it has its own plans — including a free one.
Can I stop?+
Yes. Retainers are monthly. Tell us before the next period starts and it ends there; everything we built, and the workspace it lives in, stays yours.
