# Atrix AI > Atrix AI is the all-in-one AI workspace for small teams: work, messages, calendar, customers, hiring and docs in one place, with an AI agent that plans the work and checks it against what was agreed. From $39 a month for five people, with a 7-day trial. ## What Atrix AI does - **AI agent**: Runs that write requirements, architecture and launch plans from your project, then queue the work. - **Requirements audit**: Freeze what was agreed, then see which requirements have no work, which are moving and which quietly changed. - **Project management**: One set of work in five views — by date, project, board, timeline and backlog — with an agent that drafts the backlog. - **Docs and whiteboards**: Nested pages and databases, real-time co-editing with live cursors, Excalidraw whiteboards, version history, comments and Markdown export. - **CRM**: Companies, contacts and a five-stage deal pipeline, with deal values only for the people allowed to see them. - **Hiring**: Roles, a public careers page, an applicant pipeline and a hire that becomes a teammate with records. - **People and HR**: Profiles, leave, expense claims, agreements with e-sign, policies and letters for a small team, with pay kept private. - **Scheduling**: A team calendar, public booking pages and two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook. - **Team chat**: Channels, direct and group messages, replies, reactions and mentions that reach your phone. - **Atrix MCP server**: One endpoint that puts your workspace inside Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients, with scopes you grant. - **Pages nest and co-edit live**: pages nest inside other pages as a tree, a page can be a database whose sub-pages are its rows, and several people edit the same page at once with each other's live cursors, plus version history, comments, backlinks, trash and Markdown export. - **Time tracking**: every member except guests can run a timer or log time by hand against a project or issue, submit a weekly timesheet for approval, and see reports on the hours. The MCP server and REST API can start and stop the timer, log time and list your own entries; billing rates and costs are never exposed through them. - **Cycles and labels**: each product can run cycles (sprints) of one to four weeks, each with a goal, progress and a burndown. Work is planned into a cycle from the backlog, and completing a cycle rolls its unfinished work into the next cycle or back to the backlog. Issues carry workspace labels with colours, shown on list rows and board cards, with a label filter and bulk add and remove. Both are in the REST API and the MCP server. - **Full workspace export**: owners and admins can download the whole workspace as one ZIP, with CSVs (issues, products, companies, contacts, deals, members, events, ideas and more), pages as Markdown in folders that mirror the page tree, and JSON. Pay, bank and identity details, agreements, tokens and keys are never included, and deal amounts appear only for people allowed to see them. - **REST API and webhooks**: 100 documented endpoints, OAuth 2.1, and signed webhooks from automations. ## Plans and prices Prices are in US dollars. Yearly plans are 20% off. - **Trial**: every workspace starts with a 7-day trial of Builder. A card is required up front and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first; cancelling during the trial costs nothing. - **There is no free plan.** When a subscription ends, the workspace keeps its data but becomes read-only until you subscribe again. - **Builder: $39/month or $374/year ($31/month)**: 5 seats, 100 AI runs a month, unlimited projects. - **Studio: $149/month or $1,430/year ($119/month)**: 15 seats, 500 AI runs a month, unlimited projects, and Scale mode when it launches. - **Enterprise**: sized and billed by conversation. - **Founding teams**: workspaces that subscribe by 31 December 2026 keep unlimited seats for as long as they stay subscribed. It is not static analysis, a vulnerability scanner or an automated code review. - Scale mode is not launched yet; Develop and Market are the run modes available today. - Pay and salaries are never reachable through the API, MCP or any token. - Cycles count issues, not estimates: there are no story points and no velocity reports. ## Key pages - [Atrix AI](https://atrix.dev/en): the product overview - [Pricing](https://atrix.dev/en/pricing) - [Features](https://atrix.dev/en/features) - [AI agent](https://atrix.dev/en/features/ai-agent) - [Requirements audit](https://atrix.dev/en/features/code-audit) - [Project management](https://atrix.dev/en/features/project-management) - [Docs and whiteboards](https://atrix.dev/en/features/docs-and-whiteboards) - [CRM](https://atrix.dev/en/features/crm) - [Hiring](https://atrix.dev/en/features/hiring) - [People and HR](https://atrix.dev/en/features/people) - [Scheduling](https://atrix.dev/en/features/scheduling) - [Team chat](https://atrix.dev/en/features/team-chat) - [Atrix MCP server](https://atrix.dev/en/features/mcp) - [Solutions](https://atrix.dev/en/for) - [Startups](https://atrix.dev/en/for/startups) - [Founders](https://atrix.dev/en/for/founders) - [Agencies](https://atrix.dev/en/for/agencies) - [Software studios](https://atrix.dev/en/for/software-studios) - [Clinics](https://atrix.dev/en/for/clinics) - [Integrations](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations) - [Github](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/github) - [Vercel](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/vercel) - [Google calendar](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/google-calendar) - [Outlook calendar](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/outlook-calendar) - [Claude](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/claude) - [Chatgpt](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/chatgpt) - [Codex](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/codex) - [Cursor](https://atrix.dev/en/integrations/cursor) - [Compare](https://atrix.dev/en/compare): Atrix AI next to Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Linear, monday.com, Calendly, Jira, Trello, HubSpot, Slack, Basecamp - [Atrix AI vs Notion](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/notion): Docs and databases you shape yourself, or a workspace with the parts already built. - [Atrix AI vs ClickUp](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/clickup): A highly configurable work platform, or a smaller workspace with AI included. - [Atrix AI vs Asana](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/asana): Work management for large teams, or a whole workspace for a small one. - [Atrix AI vs Linear](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/linear): Focused issue tracking for engineers, or a workspace for the whole company. - [Atrix AI vs monday.com](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/monday): A work OS with separate products per team, or one workspace with everything in it. - [Atrix AI vs Calendly](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/calendly): A dedicated scheduling tool, or booking links inside your whole workspace. - [Atrix AI vs Jira](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/jira): Scrum-grade issue tracking, or a lighter board inside a whole-company workspace. - [Atrix AI vs Trello](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/trello): Simple kanban boards, or boards inside a workspace with chat, docs and AI. - [Atrix AI vs HubSpot](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/hubspot): A full customer platform, or a lighter CRM inside the workspace where the work happens. - [Atrix AI vs Slack](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/slack): The dedicated team chat app, or chat inside the workspace where the work is. - [Atrix AI vs Basecamp](https://atrix.dev/en/compare/basecamp): Two flat-priced, all-in-one tools for small teams, with different ideas about AI. - [Alternatives](https://atrix.dev/en/alternatives) - [Templates](https://atrix.dev/en/templates): free templates: prd, product-roadmap, job-description, code-audit-checklist, employee-onboarding-checklist, okr, sprint-planning, offer-letter, nda, leave-policy - [Developers](https://atrix.dev/en/developers): REST API reference, MCP server, OAuth and webhooks - [Stack cost calculator](https://atrix.dev/en/tools/stack-cost-calculator): what Slack, Notion, Asana and Calendly cost for a team, next to one flat price - [Glossary](https://atrix.dev/en/glossary): definitions of MCP, OAuth scopes, webhooks, requirements audits, OKRs and other terms - [Download](https://atrix.dev/en/download): desktop and iPhone apps - [Blog](https://atrix.dev/en/blog) - [Launch announcement: Introducing Atrix AI](https://atrix.dev/en/blog/introducing-atrix-ai): what launched on 28 October 2026, pricing, apps and what is rolling out next - [Press](https://atrix.dev/en/press) - [Our story](https://atrix.dev/en/agency/about/our-story) ## Atrix Digital (the agency) Atrix Digital is the software engineering agency of the same company, founded in 2014, with 300+ projects delivered.
